*A sampler is a 12 x 12 design that you frame. Frame and 12 x 12 piece not included due to mailing restrictions and cost. You can use 12 x 12 Whisper White cardstock or the back of a 12 x 12 designer paper pack. You can display in your home or give as a gift to your favorite Valentine! I will cut, emboss, and die cut everything possible. Fee will include a video tutorial for assembly, measurements, etc!
If you don't own the Meant to Be stamps (or don't want to order them), you will have to substitute stamps (I can not mail stamped images per Stampin' Up! rules). I will also be using Crumb Cake, Flirty Flamingo, and Lovely Lipstick inks.
