Hi ya'll! My name is April McCreight.
I have been stamping, scrapbooking, and crafting now for 15 years and have loved every minute of it. There is nothing like the feeling you get when you make something with your own hands and then get to share that experience with others.
I was born and raised in Texas (if you couldn't tell by the greeting). I have been happily married to my loving and supportive husband, Derek, for nearly 20 years. We have 3 sons…. Taylor, Justin, and Ryan, along with two grandsons Merrick and Ian.
I stepped into the Stampin' Up! world over 15 years ago when I begrudgingly went to a party with my sister (I really just wanted a night out and away from my 3 rambunctious boys!). I had never heard of Stampin' Up! and certainly had no intention of buying anything. Well, I immediately got excited that this was a craft I could do! With Stampin' Up!'s coordinating products, it was easy to make my own cards, explore my own creativity, and then eventually share that love and excitement with others.
I really do love what I dol! I love to meet new people and help them discover their creative side and see the same excitement in their faces that I had 15 years ago. Trust me, if I can do it, any one can do it! I just love how it lights people up as they feel a sense of connection with others, get in touch with the creative side we were all born with, and the satisfacation and fulfillment when they are able to pass their treasure on to someone else.
My team consists of peole from all walks of life and all levels of interest. Some only purchase their personal crafting supplies at a discount, for some this is their full time job, and some that are somewhere in between! My most treasured part of my business is the friendships that I have built with customers as well as other demonstrators that have become some of my closest friends. This includes friends and customers from all over that I get to see at Stampin' Up!s conferences and events, which are so much fun!
I provide Girls Night Out events, online classes, weekly facebook videos, special groups and pages for my team, free newsletters, weekend retreats, cruises, and am open to any event you would like me to do!
